This is the absolute best experience I ever had on USHIP and I mean it. Eddie you are absolutely great! My vehicle was picked up on time and dropped off on time. Communication was really good.

It took a few tries, but we finally got the communication part down. I was shipping my nephews vehicle from a storage facility and I needed to have good ETA's. Initially, I wasn't getting what I needed. But, after a few calls and text messages, I finally got the ETA I needed and the vehicle picked up.

I worked directly with the shipper, didn't go through a broker or dispatcher. I liked this much better! He was very responsive and nice to work with. Thanks

A driver was found for my vehicle in a decent amount of time. It took about a week to get a truck from the time I booked. Communication is decent, not great. Overall, I give them a good score, but they are average. I did inquire about booking a second vehicle and one of the reps tried to bend me over. I quickly pointed out that the rate was much cheaper on USHIP and he lowered the rate.

National Transport is a very good brokerage company. The only small, minor disagreement I have is that the full payment is required before the shipper picks up the vehicle. In my shipping experience, I've always paid the driver COD. It takes about a week for them to find a driver, and they will call you right away and demand payment. Other than that, it was a decent amount of time for locating a truck and they found a very good driver for me.

Thank you for a job well done. You are very good at following up on the shipment and keeping track of the vehicle. The driver's communication wasn't that good, but your communication was excellent. I will use you again in the future and I recommend others giving you a try. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider scheduled pickup for the 20th of April. As of yet, Service Provider hasn't notified me or the person at the origin of any delays. I contacted Service Provider and left a message. As of yet, I have not received a return call. I don't want to inconvenience the seller anymore. Therefore, I would like to cancel this immediately and re-list.
