First time I listed my shipment I had two bids...went with the lowest bid...contacted shipper and make arrangements and then didn't hear from him again. Tried calling several times without messages being returned, then he finally picked up to inform me that he would not be able to pick up. Very frustrating but went I went to cancel the booking I had to wait 72 hours before it relisted because he didn't respond to the cancellation, seems like a horrible system. Relisted and second shipper was awesome. There should be a penalty in place for the shippers when they bid and then cancel or don't communicate back to encourage more responsible behaviour. Maybe then they wouldn't bid unless they actually wanted the work.
