The shipping company was great but I can't say the same about the delership I bought the trailer from. These people filled the tanks of my travel trailer with water before shipping it to Edmonton, Canada in mid December and they claimed that they didn't know what winters are like in Canada. I will only know the extend of the damage to the water lines in spring but I suspect it may be substantial because it was -35 C degrees when the trailer arrived.
