I put in my pick-up date as ~ 1 month from the date of the bid but the service provider had accepted with a pick up date of ~10 days from bid acceptance.
This didn't show up on my uShip site (I had to log out and back in several times and search through all of the tabs to finally find it) so it was a good thing that I contacted the service provider within 1 week. Still, I almost had to cancel the shipment.
Make sure you get in touch with your service provider VERY early on.
