My experience with John Miller at speedy2010 and the actual shipment was first class, but I did have problems with the uShip website and system. For example, though I had marked the shipment as "completed" and had left feedback, I still get email asking for feedback, and my prfevious feedback seems to have disappeared! Generally, I have found the uShip website awkwArd and confusing, even though I am a fairly experienced computer/internet user.
