Dana was great to work with. Her cool as a cucumber demeanor actually helped ease my anxiety with having my precious Lulu transported for the first time. Dana kept me informed of Lulu's status and how she was doing during airport delays due to bad weather. She was very accommodating on the day/time of pick-up and delivery. I would highly recommend Dana to anyone and will definitely use her again should the need arise!
