Dana was great to work with. She has a very calm demeanor which is great for both pet and the pet owner! She was accommodating with the day & time which was key as I had to coordinate both my schedule and my receiving family's schedule. Dana kept me aprised of Lulu's behavior and general travel updates while in progress. This was my first time having a pet, and beloved member of the family, transported so I was quite anxious going into it. If the need arises, I will be sure to use Dana again!
