Though his voice is hard to understand clearly, he is very on top of the communications with the customer. He set up the pick up on the same day, and it was delivered very quickly; faster than I exspected him to be able to do it. He his a very friendly person and an excellent shipper, I would definately reccomend him for the job. He has a very large nice van and is willing to work with the customer.
