YES! Very! The Paula & Jay Team that hauled my Harley from CO to MI weren't just ready to transport the bike, but more than willing to accomodate me not just with the time alloted, but financially! This team showed up earlier than what I had anticipated, and were very competent loading the bike and making sure everything was tied down right, in order not to damage anything on the bike while in transportation. They accepted a low bid, granted that I didn't have much money to spend. They explained their itinerary and were very easy to talk to and understand what was expected. The reason for this story, is that before Jay & Paula made a bid I had a different person make a bid for $1250! I was only looking to spend the most $500. BIG difference, HUUUUGE difference! I denied the high bid and the person became angry at the fact that I didn't want to pay double the price to transport a Harley. He even attempted to email me questioning me about a "fair price" and what I thought that would be. I guess he just did the whole Hauling thing on the weekends or on special occasions, 'cause I think he wanted me to pay for his time driving to CO w/out any loads, and pay for him to drive to MI AND back home with just the Harley! THis is why I am very thankful that there are others out there (like Jay & Paula) that do this on a day-to-day basis and are able to help out the little people that don't have that kind of money to spend, but have enough to make it worthwhile for a detour along the way! I am content that I used Uship.com... So easy to target your price and let others bid to haul your items, even if sometimes its not the price you'd like! Overall, very satisfied!
