Overall it went well. However I was taken aback somewhat when you sent me a letter scolding me for divulging a phone number. The bidder was asking me questions I didn't have the answer to and the the people at the ph# did. Who knew that would contravene your rules??
Then there's the $10 rebate offered for first time members. How do I redeem that? If you could let me know that would be good.
