Victor's owner is in the Navy. I boarded him for several years. When his owner came back to the USA, he was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia and Victor was in Phelan, California. The airlines were difficult -- driving to airports, extra fees for stopovers and limited flights. Simon gave a bid that was about the same, but he picked him up at my home, was punctual, kept in touch and Victor arrived right in the time frame given to us a healthy, happy boy, who had a great trip. He took great care of him and his owner and I have only very good things to say! Thank you! I'll use his service again.
