Service provider actually hired another party to transport my trailers. Delivered in good time with no damage. I was presented with a bill for tie down straps as apparently hauler did not have any and bought some to do the job. I never paid for load securing items for someone else prior to this! Also due to the manner in which they were used, 2 of them were cut or worn so they were unusable again!! This was the first time I used U Ship.Other than the above the UShip experience was fine. I have another shipment listed now!
