There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer did not want to crate his item for proper protection in shipping, it was not a matter of convience it was a matter of ensuring that his item was delivered in same condition it was picked up in. Due to the size and the fact this was a new cement mixing machine it must be crated and packaged to ensure damage free arrival at customers delivery address. Additionally, the location was not clear as to pick up, when finally confirmed the location closed at 2pm daily.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Provider moved pkup date ahead a few times and then wanted an additional $450 because his drivers wanted the item crated for their convenience. Delay caused Auction co. to want storage fees and then claimed a forfeiture on my item
