The vehicle was picked up one day late owing to a last-minute cancellation by another shipper, but communication was timely in this regard. The carrier phoned from the pickup location to request a change of drop-off location so that he wouldn't have to drive up a curvy canyon road. No problem. I met him 25 miles away in his preferred location.
Overall, this was a satisfactory experience with no obstacles that weren't easily overcome.
