NorCalTow's 100% positive feedback rating was right on. They got my vehicle before offices closed for Christmas and held it until it could be shipped. They could have easily waited and storage fees charged but they made it a point to get it out. Shipment was prompt and vehicle was delivered despite the driver coming down with the flu.
