the experience started off great and they were able to schedule a quick pickup. On the last day of free storage at IAA, the transported canceled. I ended up with an additional day of storage at $50. Car Haul Direct was responsive and communicated with the whole time. Transported contacted me for drop off. Car was received with additional damage from something slapping the driver door and an adaptive cruise module missing with broken wires. Not great but not the end of the world.

Working with NorCalTow was a great one. I have never used a srevice like this one in the past. They made it great, even going the extra mile due to the holidays and closures of other offices. I would recommend them to anyone.
