Using the service for the 1st time, I didn't know what to expect. The overall experience was very good. There were a few glitches along the way but everything worked out just fine in the end. The motorcycle arrived in time for my son's race on the weekend. Like most transactions, communication is the key. The broker/shipper was very helpful in keeping the shipment moving. If not for his help and me closely tracking the progress, the bike may not have arrived in time. Again I must stress, comunication is the key.
