Right after i booked to have the motorcycle to be shipped to me the sellers wife was about to have a baby! so they waited almost 5 weeks with no problems. also during this waiting process Matt Helmholtz from the shipping company went back and forth with me over email to help me find a pallet to ship the bike on. he answered every email almost with in the hour. they made it very easy and my bike arrived in perfect condition!
