i booked with them the same day i posted the ad. although i had to call them to set up, after that, it was all down hill. they took care of everything. they called both pick up and delivery locations. they called me during every step of the delivery. they called me when they had problems. i just liked the fact that, even though they did everything, i was still around my property at all times. they also picked up my bike 3 days sooner than they had originally had planned which is also a plus. i can't explain to you in words how great of a provider these guys are. thank you uship and thanks jim carter...
