I was pleased overall with the shipment. The piano was delivered on time and unharmed. I was expecting him to have help at the delivery site. I think his moving help was solicited online and did not show up so my sister-in-law had to help with the piano. This was not ideal, but it was not necessary the fault of the service provider. i would suggest he use reliable sources rather than random internet solicited help. Overall it was a good experience and was very affordable. I would use him again.
