The movers offered me the price I was looking for. I liked that I could view their profile, discuss their experience in moving pianos, and the moving plan before settling in on the deal.
Although there were some unforseen circumstances in the moving process, they handled it well and completed the job as professionals.
I was very happy they could get my piano moved to my new apartment, when I initially thought it wasn't worth the risk of having my piano hauled up 16 consecutive steps. I can say now, that it was definitely worth the move!
