I had 3 different shippers agree to ship my MKX. The 1st one bailed due to his driver being overbooked. #2 claimed to have hired a driver who broke down and couldn't locate another driver thereafter. However, I found out they had other drivers going to my pickup location. They also never communicated to me. They answer my calls, but never call or email back as promised. 3rd shipper worked out well.
