It was a poor experience. There was very little communicating with the service provider, and too many postponements with getting our shipment. We needed that shipment quickly as it had all our possessions including stuff for our newborn baby, as we had been travelling from Perth to QLD to live. The price was pretty reasonable though and he was a decent guy in the end. I would probably use uship again the future but not that service provider, it would been quicker to get a snail to pick up my shipment, very disappointed.
