I was having some problems getting a Cane Corso puppy delivered to me by air because some of the airlines have changed their rules and for some strange reason they classify Cane Corsos along with pit bulls, bulldogs and terriers which they are neither. The puppy weighed too much for one airline to ship because of the breed restriction while the other airline said it was too hot to fly the puppy. I live in central TX and the puppy was in KY which was a long drive I did not want to make. Needless to say I was beyond frustrated but I still wanted my puppy. I was in the process of getting a 2nd puppy from someone else and he mentioned that my puppy would come by land. I was very surprised to learn that there is a huge industry dedicated to shipping pets all over the USA. I know that the breeder never considered this method of transportation but will do so from now on when situations arise with the airlines. I decided to search for a vendor who would be able to bring my puppy to me and in the process I stumbled across this website and was happy that I was able to query multiple vendors as opposed to only one at a time. The whole process of creating a bid, communicating with the vendors, and accepting the bid was a fairly straight forward process. I liked the fact that I was able to set my price range. The vendor that I accepted was great and he got my puppy to me rather quickly. My puppy was happy and energetic so I know he did well while traveling. In the end I was very satisfied with how well everything went and will definitely use this avenue of approach again if necessary.
