Bill took excellent care of our puppy. She was delivered safe and sound. It took him an extra day to pick her up, than originally contracted for. That was cleared up and all went fine. Bill met the breeder and picked up the puppy. He arrived on time after one schedule adjustment. We definitely would use Bill again. He did a good job at a fair price.
