I hired John to transport my 16' Sylvan from south Florida to southern Oregon. The trip was approximately 3200 miles. Unfortunately after entering east Texas the boat trailer sustained a major structural failture. John had to stay the night. The next day he had the trailer assessed by two different welding shops to see if it could be repaired; It could not. John then found and bought a new trailer that was compatible with the boat. Additionally, he purchased the new trailer with his personal credit card after my card experienced problems during check out. Talk about going beyond expectations. The problems that occurred during the transport could have easily evolved into a hellish experience for me, but John saved the day. I really don't know how to express my gratitude for everything he did to successfully deliver the boat. I feel extremely fortunate that such an honest and genuine person was looking out for my best interest. Obviously I wouldn't hesitate to hire John again. I would strongly recommend him. By doing so you will eliminate any reason for anxiety or doubt about the safe shipment of your boat or vehicle. John, if you're out there, thank you so much for everything.
