We didn't realize there was a boat attached to the vehicle till after the bid has been accepted.

John is a very honest man and went way beyond expectations in seeing that my boat was successfully delivered. He encountered a significant complication during the delivery as the boat trailer encounter a major structural failure. John took the trailer to two different welding shops to see if it could be repaired. John eventually purchased a new trailer for me on his personal credit card. John made what could have been a hellish experience a relatively excellent one. John was absolutely great.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I truly had my hopes up when I received and accepted this bid. I am disappointed that I have to start over. My husband clearly edited the Shipment Title to read both the car and boat. I wish the provider could honor that because they are both at the same location and coming to the same destination.

Automated bidding did not see boat attached to car till after accepted.We canceled the transport same day accepted.Customer was refunded all money by uShip as well.
