When I moved to Missoula, I was unable to bring my dog along. One month later, I was looking into shipping options and plane fights were very expensive. Doug offered to take him at a reasonable rate, and even asked not to crate the dog! My dog rode along as a normal passengar. Doug treated him with great care and gave him a lot of time to play. I could tell the dog's ride was stress free and he arrived happy. Doug also did a great job of communicating with both me and my (overly worried) mother. Overall, I am very satisfied. Without Doug's help I could not have had my dog with me here right now!
