Mr. Williams picked up the little 8 week old baby dog in Oklahoma and delivered it to Pennsylvania to my best friend there. He kept in contact all the way and ALWAYS answered emails and usually answered his phone even when enroute. He obviously enjoys what he does and likes animals. He's very good humored. I'd deal with him any time and trust him to deliver anything anywhere for me. You need have no fear for any animal you send with him.
