Ken at uship was very helpful on setting up my account! And then especially helpful for the novice who inadvertantly broke the rules right out of the box. He fixed the situation at the last minute and all went as everyone hoped.
The shippers were very accomodative with a strange item '1954 2 1/2 ton truck', assisted in getting additional parts loaded and delivered (not in the bid). All done and delivered better and quicker than expected...cheaper was just a bonus!
