I had to ship 2 machines from Rialto California to Knoxville, Iowa, in a very short period of time (one week). The transport company had to be in Knoxville on a very specific time because from there the machines were load into a container for shipping overseas. This company: Black Cat Trucking, that won the shipment, had a great price and after that did an outstanding job. On the way, when they need to unload another tractor from the trailer, they couldn't start one of my machines. So they went 80 miles one way, (160 miles round trip), to find a starter for the machine and fixed it. After that one axle on their trailer broke; so until they fixed it, another day passed. They were more then one day behind. After that they just fly to destination and arrive there in time. They just amazed me. I am super pleased. We had a great communications day and night.
