Joann was super sweet, and made the arrangements to pick up my dogs, making sure to get food and all paperwork, in just one day from me posting a request, and on the second day picked them up, got on a plane in New York and hand carried them right to me in California. My show quality Chihuahuas were happy, clean, well fed, and not under stress.
