From the start Mike was very professional and caring. He arrived in CA and picked up my cat at the last moment b4 leaving to the east coast. While keeping constant communication, the trip was going wonderful. Mike had called me when he was entering Ohio to let me know that they had just encountered a massive snow white out coming through Illinois. Because of the horrible, exausting conditions, he was going to stop for the night at his home to recooperate for the rest of the drive. He took my mama kitty home with him and was welcomed with open arms. Him and his wife fell in love with mama just like I knew they would. He informed me that having her was a real treat for both of them. The next day he continued on and called me to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and would be dropping her off that night. I was excited to know that! When Mike showed up at my door with mama, I was very grateful that he had taken care of her like I would of liked him too. He was great! Mike and I stood there for about a half hour or so talking about the trip and the experiences they had. Never once in my mind did I ever doubt that mike would take wonderful care of my special cat. I would recommend Mike to anyone and will use him again if services r ever needed. Thanks Mike and god bless.
