Ken did all , and more, than I ever expected. I had an unexpected emergency family problem here in the UK and he completely took over for me, leaving me free to deal with my problems whilst he sorted it all out for me on what was a complicated job. I would recommend him to anyone but, I feel sure he wont mind me saying this, dont worry if he shouts at you - he has slightly reduced hearing - sorry Ken.
