Twice a service provider bids on my shipment. Twice I accept their bid. The first guy was confused about where my bike needed to go because he misread the job description, and could not possibly accomodate me. The second guy says he can pick my bike up in two days, almost two weeks later he still isn't there and isn't sure when he can be.
Then, Uship gives me a poor rating as a customer because I have too many cancellations! Whats with that? ..... Jeff
