My dog , Wrinkles, traveled first class in the Pet Wagon's shiny, new hatchback. They were on time, kept me posted enroute and notified me when they were nearing my home. Wrinkles arrived in mint condition resting on a memory pad foam bed. I would strongly recommend the Pet Wagon and its' team, Juan and Maria. If I ever need to ship an animal , I will definitely use the Pet Wagon again.
