Ted picked up my dogs timely and in a professinal manner in dealing with a location that was difficult at best. He delivered them to me on time and kept me up to date with where they were and when they would arrive. Each dog was unique and he was able to deal with both their personalities quite well. They liked him. And I believe dogs know!!!
