Our shorty jack, Patch, was relocating to family in New York. Bruce confirmed all of the flight and time information through email prior to the flight date. He was flexible with times and dates that would work for us. I was super nervous about letting Patch go with anybody because he had never been away from us. We met Bruce at the airport and from the minute we got out of the car, I knew things were going to be perfect. Patch was excited to be smelling a new place and Bruce was attentive and affectionate with him from the start. Patch didn't seem to notice the change because after I said goodbye to him, he was happy as can be with Bruce. Bruce stayed in contact with us the whole way. Half way through the trip, due to a flight overbooking, their connecting flight would not leave until the following morning. Bruce offered to take Patch home with him for the evening because he had a residence near that airport so Patch didn't have to spend it at an airport where he was not familiar. Bruce called the following morning to say they were headed for their final flight and that Patch did great the night before. Bruce met up with my step-dad at the Rochester airport and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. Bruce - thank you for being so accommodating with us and for making this experience as wonderful as possible.
