Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Travis with Black Cat Trucking did an outstanding job. We had a great communication day and night. He helped a lot fixing a problem with one machine. Because of that problem they were some good time behind, and after that they just fly in order to be on time at destination. They simply amazed me. I have never even think that some people that I never met can do such a great job.
I RECOMAND them to everybody.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I needed my item shipped before 4th of March, and it wasn't enough time to do that.
The provider was super profi, contact me very fast and offer me many choises of transporting!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I coudn't reach this service provider after a reasonable time period. I need my deposit back!!!

I have sent e-mails to uship about deleting this feedback from my uship. I never have or will probly ever ask for a deposit. The deposit he is referring to is the uship match fee. Paid by me out of my full bid price. However it will be pulled off of the shippers debit or credit card upon acceptance of any bid and held until the shipment is succesfully completed.
