Had trouble getting a driver for the load. Jill continued to shop the load, offered to return money if we found someone else. She finally got someone who stayed in touch and was very punctual. The plant where pick-up was made said that driver was good to work with, and he was also good to work with and to talk with at delieverly site. Would use again if we buy from this company, which will probably happen since this is our third truck from this company.
