Had problems with getting a driver for date that truck was ready. Jill continued to work and got someone, she even offered money back if we could find someone else to ship. The driver was outstanding, pick-up to drop-off was approx. 3 1/2 days. Driver called with a time for drop-off and was there before the time that he said he would be there. Had truck ready to back-off of his truck. Would use again if we purchase from this dealer again, which is likely since this is our third truck from them.
