I booked the shipment, horse was picked up within 3 days of the booking and arrived here in New York 5 days later. The transport people stopped in Kentucky for the night, took the horses off the trailer. Than, due to a real bad snow storm, the transporter had to lay over a day and a half before he could continue on with his trip. I would rather know my horse is safe (not on the roads in extremely bad conditions) and be a few days late in the delivery. Very satisfied
