The mare arrived in excellent shape. She didn't look like she had just traveled 1700 plus miles. Communication was very good; when I couldn't get in touch with Tom, I just called his wife Arlene and she always answered the phone. The horse was a few days late, but Tom hit an aweful snow storm and had to lay over for a day and a half. Better to be safe than sorry!! Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

customer was very understanding and great to work with. this cancellation is combined with the other listed cancellation and was part of one route, we do not cancel on a regular basis, please take into consideration that we had a family emergency and look at all the other numerous positive hauls that we have completed as scheduled and how satisfied our customers whom we serviced have been nationwide. greenranch08 works hard to keep a 100% rating.
