The comments posted and star ratings were very influencial in my going with your service. I was also impressed with your systems contacting me, both by phone and email, every time I had a bid. I chose a shipper with excellent feedback and he did an absolutely awesome job. I would use your service again in a heartbeat. If I could change anything, it would be an option to politely refuse others bids and be able to write a comment to them. Great experience!
