Experience was good - It was great to negotiate a price with a shipper, but your mapping tool was way off. Miles was further and 3 more hours then quoted. Also think your fee was expensive for just providing a hook up w/a shipping service. Over $60 for just hooking up a shipper is alot. I thought the shipper was getting $50 of that. I was told no. Gail
