Received an Email with contact number immediately. He actually answered phone....Explained when I had hoped to get the vehicle. He explained his timeline and what was ahead of my shipment. He mentioned he would make every effort to ship it sooner than agreed upon in original bid, but did not guarantee it. When he heard of impending bad weather, he quickly completed all prior deliveries and got to mine 2 days earlier than expected. Thrilled with his communication, politeness and flexibility.
