I have traveled all over the world and spent 23 years in the Marines. I have met people across America and the world. But, I have never met anyone as professional as Rob Stevens and his family and his transport company, SMS. Initially, I was concerned about using USHIP to ship my precious 1973 Mach 1 Fastback Mustang. I have had this car for over 10 years and it was one of the relics from my Marine Corps Career. To say that I was hesitant is an understatement. But, Rob & Wes Stevens put all my concerns and fears at ease. I had originally asked for my car to be delivered on Sunday afternoon. Because I was at a baseball game (Colorado Rockies), Rob offered to deliver it on Monday. I was concerned that this was putting him out and he insisted that I enjoy the game. The car was scheduled to be delivered on Monday and again I was late because of work commitments and Rob gracefully rescheduled it to Tuesday. So, the car was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived home (late again because of work) Rob was patiently waiting with my car. The car would not start as it has been in storage for months. I insisted that Rob had done enough and that he could take his payment and leave the car in the street. But, no. Rob helped me get the car jumped off and started. This allowed me to drive the car in the driveway and saved me a lot of headaches. WOW. What can I say. Thanks Rob & family for your excellent service. And when I offered to pay extra for my tardiness and for Rob's services getting the car started he gently refused any additional money. I can't say enough great things about this company and Rob Stevens. I would entrust them with my precious cargo for delivery anywhere in the world. Thanks for offering a great service at a great price. Thanks also for being a great American and looking out for other Americans. Thanks UShip for employing such honest and caring people.
