I used uship for the first time to ship a bus that I had bought on ebay. I was pleased to receive several bids and chose AJboats as my shipper. Jason was very professional and punctual in picking up the bus as directed. Unknown to the seller or I the bus had major engine problems. Three hundred miles into the 750 mile trip the transporter had to park the bus due to a blown head gasket or other internal engine problem. Even though it was Christmas Eve he worked on the bus and with me on the phone for several hours before proceeding on his trip home to North Carolina for the holiday. Leaving the bus in a safe place and returning after the holiday to pick it up, he worked for two days at know additional charge, getting it back to the seller who had agreed to refund the entire purchase price. I highly recommend the shipper and plan to use him for any future items purchased. Although the bus was/had a problem, the seller and the transporter were a pleasure to do business with. I am blessed to have dealt with both of them.
