The job was done very well and they kept in contact the whole time. Ted had to come to my house 2 times. The 1st time he wasen't happy with the room on his trailer, worried about the bike getting damaged. He did his thing and came back a few days later and loaded it on. I was glad to see he wasen't just there to get the $$$. He did care about my bike getting to florida in perfect condition.Ted did a nice job and Judy was with it all the way on the phone.
