I needed Rufio shipped by a certain date since I am moving in w/someone who is allergic to cats. Orlando was awesome from the beginning. He called right away and we got some things worked out. He continued to stay in touch with me the whole time. Few bumps in the road with pickup dates and the such but nothing anyone could control! Overall I am extremely happy that he took Rufio. He was very sweet and really seems to care about the things(especially animals) he delivers. I will be using him in the future if need be and will recommend him to anyone that needs animals or anything shipped. Thanks sooo much!
